SGS-Thompson M27C1024 -15F1 - 1 Megabit (65 K x 16-Bit) CMOS EPROM - all dating from 1996. These are essentially NOS, only having been programmed once, a label applied, label removed and then blanked. The legs are in the factory tubed position, these have never been socketed.
